Program of Study: Culinary Arts The Culinary Arts Program of Study is designed to provide students with advanced level professional chef and related cooking skills and techniques for restaurants and other commercial food establishments. Students will learn advanced techniques in culinary skills, as well as kitchen management and restaurant management and business principles.
